Connect IQ watchface issue

A friend has got a Garmin Forerunner 245 and has a problem with Connect IQ watchfaces. He says there is no problem with the default ones but with Connect IQ watchfaces. Here is an example:

Do you have a similar issue with CIQ watchfaces? This can happen in all CIQ watchfaces.

That may actually be a option with that specific watch face - "shooting stars". What watch face is it?

It is Lachesis and the issue is said to happen with many different CIQ watchfaces.
