Vo2Max not change even after many run

Hi ,

I'm new on garmin (before fitbit) For a month, I have a new forerunner 245. my vo2max score is very bad (32) and whose move.

I run 30km by week. he seems to ignore my activities. if i compare to fitbit my vo2max score was above 50. do you have any idea why my vo2max score does not move on garmin

Check the setting, height, weight and max heart rate. Are you running outside and longer for 15 mins every time?

30km is not very much to see improvements.

according to the documentation (https://www8.garmin.com/manuals/webhelp/forerunner245/EN-US/GUID-015C6746-435D-48E0-8ED8-CA2C81684E38.html) : "This feature requires wrist-based heart rate or a compatible chest heart rate monitor. If you are using a chest heart rate monitor, you must put it on and pair it with your device. If your Forerunner^® device was packaged with a heart rate monitor, the devices are already paired."
