Forerunner 245 Music sync to Strava with no device information

I found this issue when check with my friend:

The activities sync from Garnmin to Strava it did not show device information (like picture)

Person 1: Forerunner 245 Music

Persion 2: Forerunner 245 (no Music)

Me: Forerunner 245 Music

Are there any problems with FR245 Music in this case, I am on firmware 2.90.0.0

Would like to know the solution for this issue. I recently purchased a new FR245 Music.

I have a FR245 Music, and I don't have this problem. How are you syncing to Strava?
