Forerunner 245 not syncing to Strava after saving a run

Forerunner 245 not syncing to Strava after saving a run. Both garmin and Strava indicate connected but nothing appears on Strava. Only had FR245 couple of weeks, is there something I have missed that I should have done to connect?

Now opting for returning to the shop! No FAQ or reliability.... This is best in the market!!!
