Forerunner 245 Music Disconnects and does not auto connects

Got a Forerunner 245 Music one month ago. all was working fine.
This week the watch started to random disconnects from the phone. And it does not auto connects back.

To fix I have to remove the device from Garmin Connect app, forget the device in Bluetooth settings and pair again from scratch.
BTW when this problem happens my phone does not list the watch in the Bluetooth device list anymore, just like the Bluetooth is disabled. (to forget the device on BT setting I have to turn on the phone paring on watch)

Is this a defect? is this a software update issue?
Watch software version is 3.10
Garmin connect version 4.22.1

I'm having the same issue with my Forerunner 245 Music and my S9+. Good to see your issue was addressed...

Any fix to this. I have the same issue. I had the watchOS for a month an had to reconnect it at least 20 times already

Ditto - I bought this for my wife 3 weeks ago and she has the same issue with her Huwei P10

Same problem with iPhone 11 ....

Connect IQ connect app connects without any problems, but Connect does not. Bluetooth shows, that the Forerunner 245 is connected, but the app still doesn't connect.

My work-around is to turn off Bluetooth - wait 10 seconds and then turn it back on. That usually works.

Not impressive like that, but for now that is how I deal with it.

Try switching smart phone/FR 245 off then switch them back on again, sometimes this is what you have to do to clear connection problems then it should be ok. With electronics of today this is a huge problem

I have the same issue with iPhone XR (IOS ver 13.5.1) and Garmin Connect (ver 4.43.0.22). Bluetooth is all fine, tried with another device.

Same problem and this is new, last year it was perfect. Come on Garmin what's up with breaking things that used to work?
