Count down timer (controls panel) - no delete function?

I just today noticed while using the count down timer (accessed from long pressing the light button) that there was an option to save a preset countdown time. I wish I hadn't played with it, because now I have a timer saved for 12:07 and I can't find any way to delete the pre-saved timers. I tried removing the count down timer from the control screen and then re-adding it, it didn't change or reset anything. Any ideas?

Sorry - never mind. I found the delete option (select saved timer, then you get the 3-dot option from the up button).

Can I ask where the 3 dot option was in watch screen? And also where the saved timer screen is?

If you press and hold the upper left button you get all the different menu options, including timers (red timer icon). Once you select that, you might have a list of different timers that you have set. If you click on one of those, you will see three dots on the left side of the screen (next to the left middle button), press that for options for the timer (including deleting it)
