Garmin forerunner 245 music causing electrical shocks, is this normal?

Recently bought the forerunner 245 music and after 2 days of using it the watch is causing little electrical shocks in the forearm and fingers. Is this normal or is it just me? Keen to know if anyone else is experiencing the same problems...
