FR245 not getting SW 3.00 update

My FR245 is not getting SW 3.00 update. I am trying daily through Connect mobile app and Garmin Express. It says my 2.80 version is up to date.

Is there any manual/force update option available?

Use Garmin Express for Windows

make sure that there is sufficient space on the device, the update requires about 5MB of space.

the updates are synced faster through garmin express.

Trying with Garmin Express for Windows daily... and it has more than 5MB space available... not getting updates...

What languages are available on it? I would guess you have an APAC device.

Looks like it's APAC device. English plus few Asian languages are there. If it is APAC device, how to get updates?

I saw SW 3.03 beta released for US devices. Can I load it manually in to my APAC device? will it work or brick my device?

mine also updated only to version 2.90

i've tried the latest 3.46 beta and after restart and installing,I only got the message blutooth software updated but the software firmware version still 2.90
