Hallo
I have just bought Forerunner 245 music to skip endomondo. I love to run interval once a week in mix of 3 paces - jog 400m, run 150m and march 50m. How can i program my workout as i do it in endomondo. I mean an order of:
- 1,5 km warm-up
- 4 min walk
- interwal as: - 400 m jogging + 150 m run fast + 50 m recovery walk [7 or 11 cycles]
- 4 min walk
- 1,5 cool down run home.
I can program only run and recovery in basic mode. How can i do it more fun? in a way i am used to?
Maybe some widget/app you can recomend?
