HR sync with zwift on iPhone

I’m using zwift on iPhone.

My 245 has connected to iPhone through BT. The Garmin Connect app can show my HR.

When I use zwift on iPhone, zwift cannot find 245 for HR.

Is there any possibility to work it out?

(I know I can use 4iiii HR band to transfer the ant+ to BT, just not willing to do this for now, feel stupid as connected but cannot find it)

  • Maybe you need to Enable Broadcast HR in Wrist Heart Rate on your 245?

  • The 245 is only able to broadcast HR over ANT+. Unless you have an dongle for your iPhone to receive ANT+, you will not be able to use your 245 for Zwift on iOS.

Broadcasting HR does not function the same as Garmin Connect Mobile displaying your HR.

I don’t understand why this is not possible.

My 245 is connected to the iPhone, and zwift is running on iPhone, why they cannot share the hr?

i have Topeak hr band, which uses bt and can use topeak app to read my hr. And I can use topeak hr band on zwift.

I mean 245 and zwift are on the same iPhone, please just get them work! I know I can buy 4iiii hr band to transform ant+ to bt, just don’t want to do it now until I figure out why this cannot be done...
