Pace in km?

That does not actually change the pace setting. As you will see above, Mr 8600388 expressly said he had already changed the global setting to metric - but that does not do it. I am having the same problem. My theory is that this is because I set it up as as being based in the UK. It seems like a bug.

The correct answer is that there is a separate setting to change this:

1. From the watch face, hold UP.
2. Select Settings > User Profile.
3. Scroll down to Settings.
4. Select System.
5. Select Units.
6. Select Pace/Time.
7. Change to kilometres.

I have the same issue. First of all I don't have "System" under "User Profile".

"System" is located directly under the "press up" menu. There I can select units.

I changed "Pace/Speed" to "Kilometers" but the watch still shows my miles when I'm on a run.

Has anyone found a fix for this?

Note, I am using the Forerunner 245 Music.

From what I remember I changed the Lap distance from 1.6 km to 1 km.

Start the Running activity Go up for Options - Run Settings - Auto Lap - Auto Distance

You will have to do this for other activities a s well if needed as it is not a global setting on the watch
