Where to ask Forerunner 310XT question?

Sorry to disturb everyone. I cannot find where to ask Garmin forerunner 310XT question.

My question is after I pressed start button and run the first 2 minutes, I want to delete the record and restart a new activity(30 minutes run) again. How to do that? If I press stop button and start button(the same one as stop button) again, the Garmin 310XT keep the first 2 minutes record and combine it with the following 30 minutes running record into a whole activity. Should I turn off the garmin and power on again after 2 minutes?

After you have run for 2 min press Stop button, then press and hold the Lap/Reset button for 3sec to finish and save that activity. After that you can start a new activity with press on the Start button.
