It was one of those installed. Does anyone know what this red bar on the top means?
That's the move bar. It appears when you're not moving for some time and reminds you to get up and take a walk. It should disappear once you make several hundred steps.

It's one of the built-in watch faces. You might have to customize it a little to get it to look exactly like in the picture.
