Garmin 245 (purchased 2 days) fails to recognise brief pause (to catch breath) at each end of Pool Swimming, delivering way-off results. 50 meter pool x 20 laps =1,000 metres. Last 2 swims registered 1250 metres, and 1500 metres based on the pauses between laps.
Fitbit's recognise this and auto-pause then recommence giving accurate lap tally (when I lose count) & distance of total swim, over Garmin 245 having to find/press buttons to pause and resume - which is crazy.
Can this be a priority & addressed in firmware updates. Thank you
