Can`t install beta update

I am not able to install the 2.94 beta update on my FR245M.

Everytime I place the file to the /Garmin folder of the watch and disconnect the watch, nothing happens

and if I reconnect it the file is deleted.

Did I miss something!?

1) you have a APAC version

2) you are updating with FR245 non music version

3) already using 2.94

Hm.. I am not sure about APAC version. I am from Germany and bought it in UK.

current version on teh watch is 2.7 and I thought the beta should be for music and non music version!?

there are two beta's one for each

one exception...no beta's for APAC version

on your watch in the garmindevice.xml file search for Forerunner 245

there is also mentioned <PartNumber>xxx-xxxxx-xx</PartNumber>

post the number here in the forum

or look it up on the internet

I guess, I have the global version, because of the standard languages, but I wasn`t aware of the special FR245M beta version you mentioned. That should be the point. I`ll try this version now.
