[245 Music Problem] reconnected BT headphone, and press played with no music playing

Hi everyone,

I want to ask a problem of 245 music feature.

My 245 has downloaded spotify music about 300 songs, and sometime when I reconnected with my bt headphone(bose soundsport free) successfully, the music still cannot play.

I saw the screen has already showed the songs name, but when I pressed the play button, there is no music playing.

and I need to disconnect and reconnected BT headphone aging and again several times until it become normal.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

    I use the same headphones without any issues, but I have a 945.  Have you tried removing the headphones from the watch and repairing them? Do you have the Bose app downloaded on your phone and have the latest update for the headphones?

    when my watch happened this issue, I tried to disconnect and reconnected, also removed and repaired again several times., and sometimes it can work. Once I disconnected and tried to reconnect to music, the problem still exists.

    I will try to upgrade the version of my headphone. thanks for the information.
