Hiya,
I'm going to sound like a prime candidate for OCD therapy here, and what can I say, that's pretty much fair.
I've noticed that calculation for Resting Heart Rate is obviously very very precise when you're wearing the Forerunner while sleeping. For about 20-odd days I used to get very consistent results overnight, 52-53, with only odd 51 or 56, so very solid average of 52 over three weeks, fairly happy with that.
However, I have to stop sleeping with the watch for several weeks, and therefore, the best that watch can do is estimate the RHR based on data while I'm wearing the watch, so before bedtime, which invariable means that RHR will be 62 or 64 or so.
Yes, I fully realize how obsessively sad this sounds, but is there any way on Garmin website to say "Don't include data for this day and that day and that day when calculating the average for the last month or 4 months? :-)
Thanks
