Heart rate graph stuck

Former Member

My heart rate graph gets stuck on a number intermittently. For example during an activity it will get stuck at a heart rate of 150 and continue to display this level and color, even as time moves forward, until the graph is just a straight box of color. This can usually be reset by turning off and on but does not improve with taking watch off and putting it back on. Is this something to be expected intermittently or should I pursue a new watch/return this one. The heart rate number itself changes while the graph is stuck.

    hi,

is your watch running the latest software updates

what graph are you talking about

is it  the graph in the hr widget or graph on the watchface

during which activity do you see a hr graph ? or do you go to the hr widget during an activity ?

are you using an application as activity ?

try a simpel restart by long press on the light button until your screen goes blank

    happy & safe hr hunting

The watch is running the latest software and the episode happens while using built in activity trackers (not apps). The graph referred to is the one on the watch face, the graph on the phone app appears fairly correct during these episodes if I sync afterwards. I notice these episodes at rest, usually after an activity when my heart rate is elevated. I'll try the simple restart next time. Thanks!

I am also experiencing the same problem

  • Do you know which watch face you have installed? Specifically, if this is a Connect IQ or pre-loaded watch face.
