FR245 heart rate measurement on the opposite wrist location

I would like to ask if the FR245 can be worn on the inner part of the wrist (the side of the veins) and additionally on the right hand.
It's about two things - the quality of the GPS location (the position of the GPS antennas) and the quality of the optical heart rate measurement.

Maybe someone has such experience?

I often switch throughout the day which side of my wrist the HR sensor is on and I haven't noticed a difference.

I'm sure it makes zero difference. But I run with it on the inside and bike with it on the outside.
