HR zones - help

Hello all, I need help with regards to HR zones  and Max hear rate, as I've just started focusing on HR training via the garmin training plans

So my age is 38, and thus the 220-age, I'm given a Max HR 182 by default. I've set this in the heart rate zones and I've also done a lactate threshold HR test and I've set my zones based off % of LTHR.

Now sometimes when I do high intensity runs, I can go above my Max HR of 182. Today I did a 5k run and finished with a Max HR of 186. Does this mean I need to adjust my Max HR in garmin connect to reflect this new 186 number?

Last month I got Max HR to 184, today I got it to 186, next month it could go higher, wondering if I need to update my Max heart rate, which will have a huge impact on the zones and training effeciency?
