Hi when I use Garmin coach it is recommended to warm up before and cooldow after. However if I do that with the program running it will mix the pace together with my run and is oittle missleading for keeping track with my results. I end up warming up with the garmin coach and then skipping it (the warm up part) in the app so my pace is correct just for running. Is there however an option for excluding the warm up from total pace? Thank you
