245 Music doesn't work with Huawei

P20 Pro.

Have updated to 2.70.

Tried numerous times with resets but keep getting this error. My 235 works fine with same phone.

Any advice?

Have to turned of the phone and the watch and then turn them both back on? Then put the watch in pairing mode and try to pair it from the phone?

Hi,

I own a 4 years old Huawei phone (P9 Lite) and pairing, syncing works just fine.

I guess it should work on your phone, which is a newer one.

Pairing Garmin devices is a nightmare with Huawei phones... and in this case I think Huawei are the ones to blame. It's been like that for years, Garmin have released several updates for it but it always comes back

Ok got it working with your advice guys - not sure how stable - anyway not sure how long I will have a huawei, shame but this combined with the fact it may be a brick soon without google updates doesnt help

What do you did? It's impossible to me connect my Huawei P20 with my Garmin

Hello, I think those tracks are not compatible with your Huawei. It will be difficult when Huawei is a supplier banned by Google.
