Forerunner 245/245M software version 2.70 - Phased Rollout 20%

Is there a way to force my device to download this now? I'm about to head out on vacation and would like to have this for my runs, I don't really want to download the 2.66 beta but would like the fixes. Thanks

    There's no way to get it early - they do this in phases, and it's random who gets it first.  As long as you have your phone with you you'll get the update.

    By default, updates that you get through your phone or with wifi install "tonight", but you can see if something is waiting by checking  Settings>System>Software Update on the watch.

    Try using Garmin Express...

    I sync'ed using Connect for Android on my phone and did not receive the update, so I installed Garmin Express for Windows on my PC. When I sync'ed my watch, the update downloaded immediately and my watch showed the option to update immediately. I updated and my watch is now on 2.70.

    Hope it works for you.

    I've tried that, but it still showing 2.60 as the latest. no worries, it'll show up eventually :)
