245M backlight issue

My recently purchased 245m being configured as below:
Settings -> System -> Backlight -> Not During Activity -> Gesture -> After Sunset

Problem:
Before Sunset, everytime I tilt my watch the backlight get activated. (Not during activity)

Similar setting in my Forerunner 935 work perfectly fine, and backlight only light up after Sunset.

A firmware patch needed?

seems to be fixed with new Beta 2.66
