Looking at the ConnectIQ SDK docs, I don't think that Body Battery can be accessed by a watch face app, so if Garmin doesn't have it on any of theirs (and I don't think they do), then it's probably not available. The best you can probably do is put the body battery widget at the top or bottom of your widget list so it's one click away.
