Hi. I just bought Fenix 5X plus last week and started to wearing a few days ago. I noticed there’s no REM monitoring and the Connect app said ‘this device does not monitor advanced sleep’. I am very sure that my Fenix 5X Plus is compatible to monitor advanced sleep. Tried to change the activity tracker but to no avail.
Any idea why and how to fix this?
