Argggh, I'm having the same issue, my gear sport is showing perfect heart rate and only got this for the updated heart rate sensor so many having being going on about, I'm struggling to get the thing over 125bpm, please help Garmin, don't want to have to send this back

I have spoken to Garmin support who asked me to perform a restart by turning off the Heart rate and restarting the device, done that, retested, still the same, waiting on a reply from them now
This has been going on for so long, surely Garmin must be monitoring this column or complaints and make some kind of statement about a) whether they recognise the problem; and b) when they anticipate a fix coming through?
