I'm having the same issue. When I look at SLEEP under HEALTH STATS in the Garmin Connect app, it's telling me to be sure and wear the watch when I'm sleeping to get sleep data. I have been. Could I really be wearing the watch so wrongly that it's not registering that I'm wearing the watch?
Do you have sleep and wake times set?
I have a 945 and had a strange issue last night. I woke this morning at 6:04 AM. My Body Battery was showing a charge of 40. What's odd is I went to bed and was out like a baby by 8:30 PM the night before. I looked at my sleep tab and it was showing I fell asleep at 12:30 AM. I thought maybe my watch moved on my wrist and wasn't recording. This isn't the case. After checking both my HR and Stress tabs they were showing no gaps of missing data and they both were showing my sleep started at 12:30 also. My sleep times are set for 9 PM to 5 AM. I have no idea why sleep started tracking about 4 hrs late, but it's making the Body Battery metrics useless.
And same here, as of June 23 2019. I got it a week ago, tracked like a charm for 6 days, then has not tracked the last two nights. And the error messages imply that I must not have been wearing the watch...
Same issue here... No sleep data at all. Among other issues, like GPS, pace and constant rebooting when receiving notifications. This morning I contacted them for a refund as I don't see any improvement after sending them emails about the problems and all the diagnostics reports that they requested. Can't believe that a €307 watch underperformed a €47 watch that I have.
Same here. Anyone find a solution to this issue yet?
For what it's worth: I have had exactly the same issue with my FR245 and had gone through all checks that Garmin suggested without success.
Yesterday I had forgotten to charge the 245, so it died. After charging and a night's sleep the sleep and body battery tiles were back!
In reply to comment from: Former Member 9 months ago in reply to 7819663. An old thread but just for info to people finding in a search and reading..... Mine often does similar. But within an hour or so of the data uploading to Connect in the morning, Garmin revises my sleep data to be more accurate. For example, last night I fell asleep around 11:30 pm but this morning sleep data showed me awake until 1:15 am. Within an hour the Connect data had revised to show me asleep at the correct time. Does your data stay as is or does it eventually get revised?
