HR stopped working on 235

HR stopped working on 235. there is no green light from the sensor at all. Tried to restore default etc but nothing worked. the watch is working fine with an external HRM. Is there anything i can do?

    • turn your watch back on
    • go into the ohr menu and turn ohr on
    • check the ohr leds

    2) you can check the ohr leds via the service menu

    • enter service menu
    • turn your watch off
    • while pressing the down button press and release the light button
    • keep pressing the down button until a peep and menu show up
    • you can leave the service menu by pressing the light buton
    • while in the service menu scroll through the menu using the back/lap button
