I upgraded to version 4.60 and since then the green light sensor of heart not turn on. I have done everything possible, get the update manually , download WebUpdater , update from your computer . I did not get a result . What I do? What I take to repair ? You will be broken ?
We have been monitoring the reports of the WHR version reverting to 0.00 that have been discussed in this forum. We have escalated this issue to the device teams for further investigation to determine the root cause. Observed this issue starting Saturday (12/17/16) evening. Confirmed I have the latest firmware version (7.1) and the WHR version was reporting 0.00. I first noticed that my heart rate values had stopped recording at some point within the 4 hour window that is displayed on the watch, there were some values displayed but the last 1/4 to 1/3 was empty.
The workaround mentioned previously in this thread did resolve the issue.
Manually disabling the Heart Rate Monitor in the watch's settings;
Perform a hard reset on the watch; and then
Re-enable the Heart Rate Monitor in the settings.
The instructions say Menu > Settings > Heart Rate Monitor > Off
However I do not have a "Heart Rate Monitor" Option under my settings in the app. Is this done else where?
