Forerunner 235 No Heart Rate

I upgraded to version 4.60 and since then the green light sensor of heart not turn on. I have done everything possible, get the update manually , download WebUpdater , update from your computer . I did not get a result . What I do? What I take to repair ? You will be broken ?

    I tried the above-noted fix and it did not resolve my problem. Has anyone discovered other fixes?

    I'd suggest you try:
    • Manually disabling the Heart Rate Monitor in the watch's settings;
    • Perform a hard reset on the watch; and then
    • Re-enable the Heart Rate Monitor in the settings.

    I've had the same problem with my Forerunner 405 and the Heart Rate Monitor - suddenly the watch was no longer connecting with the HRM. I tried the hard reset described above, but had no success. However, I found this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jrXLjQ1eGJ8) which gave me a successful resolution. (The video shows how to effectively create a short in the HRM by using a paper clip to connect to the two terminals in the battery compartment.)
