Hi Garmin team, I have a Forerunner 165 running firmware 27.10. For about a month now, it randomly turns off by itself —sometimes while I'm wearing it, sometimes just sitting there. No warning, no low battery alert, just black screen. I have to long-press the LIGHT button to turn it back on. Already tried: - Full charge - Soft reset (30 seconds on LIGHT) - Sync and everything is up to date It started right around when the 27.09/27.10 updates rolled out. Lots of people seem to have the same issue in the forums. Can you please check this? It's super annoying and I don't want to factory reset if it's a software bug. Thanks!
