Beyond Frustration

New Forerunner 165. Stuck in the "lap" loop. Run Settings screen is unresponsive. Won't allow me to get to any settings. Sleep not working.

Ok. To be fair. I just called customer service and 'Daniel', who I spoke with, troubleshooted all problems and I am now happy and good to go! All problems solved. 
 The forum is great but there is no substitute for speaking with a human. Thanks, Garmin!
