Versão 27.09 do software

I've never had a problem with a Garmin 165 Music before. However, this new version 27.09 is very bad. I lost all my data restoring the watch to factory settings, and it's still malfunctioning.

The gesture function on my watch always worked perfectly. Now, it's no longer accurate. It's very bad. Furthermore, the green light underneath the watch constantly comes on when it's not in use, which makes it seem like the battery is draining faster.

Please fix this as soon as possible or help me restore the watch to an older version where everything always worked.

Thank you. That's exactly my problem with the Garmin 165 Music. Garmin should create a way to revert to an older version. While I wait for a new version for my Garmin 165 Music, the smartwatch is working terribly.

27.10 should be available. Plug it into a computer via usb cable and use Garmin Express to sync. Then when you unplug it, it should ask to install the update.
