Hi,
Some time ago, my HRV status dipped below the baseline, but after having been "too low" now i dont have a baseline anymore, but i dont know why.
Isnt HRV Baseline supposed to adjust after a while? it has been "low" for a good while but suddenly last month it went to "bad".
The watchface says it is below average of my agegroup, but when i look on the new(ish) widget "Healthstatus" on garmin connect it says my HRV is within the normal range (20-30ms)
Does someone know why my HRV status seems to be stuck on bad?
