Garmin Nylon wristband

Hello forum members,

i bought my Forerunner 165 about a year ago now. Lately the original silicon wristband is a little sticky.

I would like to replace it and i was thinking about nylon. I wanted to go original Garmin. Now i found 3 "compatible" wristbands as far as i can tell.

010-14400-06 ComfotFit
010-13261-10 parts in black
010-13440-00 Ultrafit

i can't find any details on them and what separates them.
from what i can find online i would tend to the Ultra fit, as they also appear to be sold for the newer watches (e.g.970).

Does anyone know more details? or can point me to the right choice?

Any 20mm quick release one should work. Garmin's bands are nice, but overpriced.

i guess so, but do you have a better alternative? like same quality but lower price?
i am looking for a nice nylon band

I don't have a specific one to recommend, but there are plenty online. I would prefer original Garmin, but the pricing is just silly.

ok, i will check online.
do you happen to know how the nylon straps work with the quick release pins? do i need to get extra pins?

If it's a strap without pins then you'll need extra pins. Make sure that they fit properly, you don't want them coming undone while wearing the watch. If you're not going to use the original straps anymore you could use those pins, but you'd have to cut the straps to get them out.
