Garmin says the FR 165 doesn't have a barometric altimeter (though rumor has it they removed the functionality after introducing the watch), but the recorded elevation in my activities has been 1000' or more higher than reality (I basically run at sea level). To correct the error, I have to switch the elevation manually on each activity in Garmin Connect from "Your Device" to "Professional Survey Data." Is there a way to switch to survey data for all activities going forward? Or if the watch actually does have an altimeter, where is it, so I can try cleaning it?
