Garmin Forerunner 165 display glitching

Hello everyone,

Has anyone else experienced their Garmin Forerunner 165 Music screen becoming distorted or glitchy like this? (video attached).

I have looked after the watch properly – it has never been dropped, never been in water, and it is fully updated with the latest software.

I thought the recent updates had fixed the previous screen glitch issues?

Has anyone else had a similar experience, or any thoughts?

Hello!

I was underground coming out of train station. Trying to set up my run and connect to GPS.

Restart by holding the light button resolved this issue but yes, totally unacceptable given the latest…

What did you do when the glitch happened? Was it during a workout or just wearing it?

The 165 has been plagued with glitchy screens since February. New issues are totally unacceptable! Garmin-Hannah

Saw something similar when running on 24.12 software, never saw it on 24.13. Scared the *** out of me, I thought some water managed to enter my watch and damaged it...
