I'm having trouble with my Forerunner 165 not recording the map for my runs. I've contacted support and followed all their recommendations, including performing a factory reset, but the issue persists. The maps for Walk and Track Run activities are working fine. I always sync the watch to Garmin Connect before my runs, yet only the Run activity is not recording the map. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Do you have any suggestions on how to fix it?
