Display stopped working on 24.13

Software version: 24.13

Model: Forerunner 165 non-music

Display was still working fine after the update completed, but the display suddenly stopped working on the same day

Watch is still running, buttons are still registering
Phone can still connect to it
Tried to do soft reset and factory reset but the display still didn't work
After leaving it for a day, tried soft reset and this time the display started working again
The next day, display suddenly stopped working again and soft reset didn't fix the issue

Is this a software issue or a hardware issue? Any way to fix it?

Probably best to contact support directly, you'll probably have to send the watch in.

Same issue here. 24.13 FR165 Music, display suddenly black, watch still runs. Only a Reset helped.

Seems to be a bug in this firmware version.

Did you try a restart? Hold the light button to turn off, then hold again to turn it back on.

Yes, only a restart helped. I had to push the light button for 15 seconds, the watch restarted

and displayed the blue boot triangle.

Seems like a bug on v24.13? Hope Garmin fix this ongoing problem soon
