I created a RUN workout (walk-run interval) in the Connect app.
To begin my run, I do the following:
1. Push Start to open the menu
2. Scroll down and push Start on "Workouts"
3. Push Start on "My Workouts"
4. Scroll through the list and push Start on my workout name
5. Push Start on the next screen (showing a graph of my interval workout)
6. Push Start on "Start Workout"
7. Push Start on "Running"
8. Watch is searching for GPS
9. Push Start to begin my run
I'm not wearing my glasses when out for a run, so the above can be a bit error prone. So I wonder: is there a simpler way with less steps?
