My FR165M display suddenly disappeared. It was fixed by 'forcing' it to sync and update in the past. But for some reason it's not working now. The phone still detects the device.
It's completely annoying that it keeps popping up, three times now. Last time I went in for a warranty claim, they (rep) said it got fixed after simply connecting it to Garmin Express and allowed it to sync. I'm doing it again and it's not working.
