Suggested expedition "Camino de Costa Rica" (280km, ocean to ocean hike)

In Costa Rica there is a new trail/hike across the country from the Atlantic/Caribbean to the Pacific, called "Camino de Costa Rica", it is 280km and has been featured in many news outlets, recently National Geographic:
