Please add Costa Rica to the countries/regions for the May 1st "Take the Work out of Work" badge

Hi! In Costa Rica there is a national workers holiday on May 1st.

I noticed the badge "Take the Work out of Work" doesn't seem to be available for many countries that are part of this holiday, including mine, Costa Rica.
