Hi everyone,
I’m experiencing an issue with my Garmin Forerunner 165. Whenever I select the “Run” activity, the watch restarts, showing the blue triangle, and stays in this state for an extended period. If I force a shutdown by holding the Light button and restart the watch, it goes back to the watch face, but the issue repeats whenever I try to select the “Run” activity again.
What I’ve tried so far:
1. Restarting the watch.
2. Performing a factory reset, which temporarily fixed the issue.
However, after syncing with Garmin Connect and updating the firmware to version 21.22, the problem returned.
Has anyone else encountered this problem or found a solution? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
