Help me make sense of how to record my indoor cycle session. I've been recording my session using my watch and it's Indoor Cycling feature. Today, I was able to get data from session using th Fulgaz app (.fit file). I uploaded the file via Garmin Connect and now it looks like I have two separate workouts (fit file shows up as a Virtual Cycling session). The watch records heart rate data, but the fit file contains cycling power data from my session. Should I add heart rate info to the uploaded fit file data then delete the exercise recorded by my watch? Goal is to essentially merge or record all data in one workout, not as two separate workouts as was the case today.
