Hello,
So I’ve been tracking my sleep for over 3 months now on my new Garmin Forerunner 165.
In the beginning, I had like 30-1h30 of awake time each night. I thought it was normal and that everyone had this, even though I almost never wake up more than 2-3 times a night for over 5 minutes.
I’ve been searching for some explanations for a week now since I find myself very tired during the day. It turns out that I was doing a lot of good things for my sleep but maybe not enough (that’s not the entire story).
Yesterday, I tried a scientifically perfect day for an ideal sleep :
- 15 minutes of sunlight as soon as I wake up to sync my circadian rhythm
- Almost no stress for the entire day
- Training session at the gym 4 hours before sleep
- Eating 2h30 before sleep (with a scientifically perfect meal to get a lot of melatonin)
- Stretching for 5 minutes and the cardiac coherence breathing techniques
- And no phone 1h30 before bed.
So with all that, my sleep looked like the pictures you can find on the links below (uploading pictures to my message doesn't work) :

I clearly didn’t spend 2h15 minutes awake during the night. I woke up maybe 3-4 times, but that’s all.
HELP !
