Why does my watch record my runs in km but save them into my app in miles

Why does my watch record my runs in km but save them into my app in miles?

I have changed the units from miles to km on the settings of my actual watch. And when I am running or walking, the units are in km. but when I finish my workout and save it… it goes to miles on the app.

Check your display preference on the GC web site under the account settings (look at the top right where your account settings are)

The Connect app/website has separate display unit settings from the watch.

In the app:

- Tap More (3 dots) in the lower right-hand corner

- Tap Settings

- Tap User Settings

- You will see a setting called Measurement Units with 3 choices: Statute, Metric, and Statute UK

- Select Metric and everything will be displayed in metric units (e.g. km for distance, kg for weight, etc.)

(Unfortunately it is not possible to mix units in the app - e.g. you can't select metric for distance and statute for weight. As a Canadian, I want to see km for distance and lbs for weight, but this is only possible on the watch, not the app.)

Omg thank you so so much!!!!!

annoying you can’t mix and just have it set to exactly the units you want to see rather than having to choose pre set ones but this has solved my issue! Thand you!!!
