GCTB not shown on new FR 165

I have a new FR 165 Music since late August and for some reason the Ground Contact Time Balance does not show up in the data when running. Initially I thought it was due to my old HRM reaching its EOL (HRM run). But after replacing it with a brand new HRM Pro+ the GCTB is still not showing up.
Today I ran with my old FR 935 and the new HRM and the GCTB showed up.
Any advice would be highly appreciated!

    Are you sure the HRM was connected at the time as all the other RD items can be done on the watch (these days ...before none would have been recorded) . I've had instances on my 965 where the HRM does not connect and then I don't get the GCTB

    Do you have a screen setup for when you are running to show it? I guess so from the above.

    As I dont have a 165 I can't comment if it works on this unit (GCTB) unfortunately.

    If its never worked maybe its a restriction on the unit software...you know how Garmin is!
