What is the best mode to use for CrossFit?

I have bought the Forerunner 165 music. What is the best set up to use for CrossFit? I.e. sometimes it's more of a mix of strength/cardio, but I don't need to see miles for it a lot of the time unless it's a running workout. I see I can't set up hot keys for a custom workout but I also can't figure out what way to do it, I just want it to run and tell me HR/zones/time/effort/cals?

  • I do an outdoor bootcamp workout where I run around a lot inbetween strength work and use the "cardio" mode for that.

    I also do an indoor crossfit/HIIT type thing that I use "strength" mode for which has GPS disabled. it just logs heart rate.
